The staff was very friendly and polite; we arrived before our check-in time and they let us leave our lugagge in a safe space. We had mentioned it was our honeymoon and they decorated the room with rose petals. The room was very spacious and with views to the canals. They brought us some local delicacies to try. You can access for free their spa space (pool, sauna, turkish bath and jacuzzi) provided that you bring a cap and flipflops (if you don’t have, they have them available to buy in their shop). The brekfast is very cmplete (includes options for people with allergies). Just in front of the hotel there is a free parking area. Location is very good (10’ max to the city center). The bathrooms have Rituals products (gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion…)

very nice modern building with fantastic views of the canal. rooms are good sized, beds very comfortable. The restaurant and bar have a nice menu and tasty food. having a spa and underground parking was also nice. and it is dog friendly (for a fee)

The hotel was nice, the facilities were in good condition and the staff was helpful. The location was a bit outside the center but walkable to everywhere. The pool was great, especially the hydro-massage features!
